Paisley’s Worthies Heritage Walk 9th June 2019

Join the Urban Historian on an exploration of Abbey Close, Paisley Abbey and the Laigh Kirk’s Graveyards, looking at the burial sites of Paisley’s Worthies. These graveyards are the last resting places of everyday people, thread makers, silk makers, merchants – anyone who made Paisley the town the place it is today.

We will meet at 1pm at the West front of Paisley Abbey on Abbey Close, and will aim to finish by 3pm at the Laigh Kirk.
