This history cafe session will look at Abbey Parish, originally the parish of the Abbey church in Paisley, but more commonly referenced today as a civil registration district that appears in Census’ and Birth, Marriage & Death records. The session will look at the area covered by registration district, where marriages may have taken place, and where burials may be found.

Event Code: UH-OHC Date: Tuesday 4th May Time 7.30pm. The session will be held on Zoom, and bookings will close at midday on the day of the event. Zoom invites will be sent out once bookings have closed.

Cost £5.00 By booking a ticket you accept that the Urban Historian cannot provide refunds if you are unable to attend the event as the circumstances are outwith the Urban Historian’s Contol. If the event is cancelled by the Urban Historian a refund or opportunity to attend another event will be provided.
