Textiles Seedhill today is still dominated by the remains of the Anchor Thread Works, but the area was host to many more textile related businesses in its hayday. Meeting outside the offices of Langs Tannery on Seedhill, over looking the Hammils, we will explore the area looking at Leather production, Shawl Weaving, Cotton Thread and textile finishing companies.
