Ferguslie Mills Heritage Walk – Sat 22nd April

Description

The Ferguslie Mills of the Coats family dominated the west of Paisley for well over 150 years before their closure and the demolition of many of the buildings.  This heritage walk explores the west end of Paisley exploring surviving buildings related to the coats family and the Ferguslie Mills.

This walk will start at the Gates of Woodside Cemetery on Broomlands St and finish at Maxwelton Street at eh site of the Ferguslie Halftiem School.
