Join us as we explore the remains of the former Fergulsie mills, and other buildings connected to the Coats family in the west end of Paisley. Several mill buildings survive along with examples of mill housing and the some buildings connected to the Coats family themselves.

We start the walk at the gates into Ferguslie Park on Thomas Street, (beside the Abbey Nursery) and will conclude at the site of the former Half-time School at the junction of Maxwelton Rd/ Maxwelton Street.

We now have radio receivers for use during the walk to allow distancing, and to allow the guide to be heard. If you wish to make use of the receivers, you are welcome to bring your own headphones, or you can use our own which will be sanitised between uses.
